Users Normally each member of staff will require their own login. Workshop mechanics who do not need to use the system directly can be added at no cost.

Stock Depots Each physical location where stock is stored.
Post Code Look-up Allow customer address information to be looked up from a postcode
VRM Look-up Allow vehicle details to be looked up from the registration number

Switching from another DMS

If you already use another dealer management system, Deep Blue states that it will do its best to match or beat a current price on a like-for-like basis. The most useful next step is to compare your existing system’s workflows, data, integrations, reporting and total cost against CloudDMS rather than comparing headline licence price alone.

Price Files

We can supply shadow price files for many manufacturers. Each price file update costs £41. Please email us to enquire about specific suppliers.

SMS

The DMS allows you to contact your customers via SMS. Each SMS costs 10p

Import Data

Data can be imported into the system from excel or CSV files. Data import costs £200 per file.

Training

We provide online and onsite training from £150 per hour

Can I add more users?

You can add or remove users, departments and stock depots at any time.

Cancelation

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel during the 30 day trial no fee is payable
